Mr. Murphy joined the firm in 2005, and is the managing shareholder of the firm’s Las Vegas office.  He practices general defense litigation. Mr. Murphy is a member of the State Bar of Nevada Committee on Character and Fitness, as well as the Fee Dispute Committee LVA, as appointed by the Board of Governors. He has been appointed an Attorney Arbitrator by the Nevada Supreme Court, and serves as an Attorney Arbitrator for the Court Annexed Arbitration Program. Mr. Murphy has completed  the Basic Mediation Essentials Training course at the UNLV Boyd School of Law, Saltman Center for Dispute Resolution.
